Call a model
Every response says what it cost.
- From $0.045 / 1M in
Let your agents call models and rent GPUs on their own, through orl or the API. Each one gets an API key with a spend budget, so its inference stops at the limit you set.
A demo: Claude Code works through orl on an API key named research-agent with a $200.00 daily budget. It runs 7 batch jobs on 20,000 leads over 4h 25m 3s, and the key's spend rises by each: enrichment for $10.80, fit scoring for $14.40, finding a buyer at each for $24.00, research in agentic tool loops for $34.80, an opening angle for each for $21.60, first emails for $45.60, three follow-ups on as many leads as the budget allowed for $48.57. Its request to rank the segments would pass the $0.22 left, so it is refused with 402 key_budget_exceeded until Oct 22, 2026, 00:00 UTC, and Claude says it will run it after the reset.
Models, batches and GPU VMs, on the same key.

Batch · 50% off
JSONL in, results out, at half the on-demand rate.
GPU VMs · per minute
A retry with the same idempotency key returns the first VM.
The agent holds a key, not a card.
Key budgetsPer call · $1 by default
A chat or batch call whose cost bound is over the cap never runs.
Per key · day, month or lifetime
One prepaid balance, a key and a budget per team or agent. Past its limit, a key gets a 402.
Per organization · prepaid
With auto-recharge off, workloads stop at the $0.50 floor. GPUs included.
Requests a day at the catalog's rates when this page loaded.

Each bills $0.0377 on GLM 5.2, so $25 a day moves 11.6M tokens.
One key either way, and its budget holds on both.
JSON out, stable exit codes, no prompts. orl mcp serve gives Claude Code and Cursor the same commands as tools.

Yes. Over MCP it calls the vms_create tool; from a shell it runs orl deploy or orl vms create. The VM bills to your organization's balance. Pass an idempotency key and a retried create returns the first VM instead of renting a second.
